You may cancel an online order within 14 days only if the product remains unopened and sealed.
Opened or unsealed products, including eye drops, are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact sales@dryeyedoc.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
